TAN QUANG ALUMINUM ALLOY CO., LTD
Tan Quang Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd was established in 2003 in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City. Started as a small production and sales workshop of Aluminum Alloy Ingots. Over the past 20 years, Tan Quang has increased its capacity from 3000 tons/month to 12,000 tons/month.
In 2020, Tan Quang Company expands its factory to nearly 2 hectares and raises the estimated capacity to 72,000 tons/year. Along with increasing capacity dozens of times, Tan Quang also changed combustion fuel to CNG to optimize production efficiency for the plant.

DATA Energy designed and installed the CNG pressure reducing system for this expanded Tan Quang plant. The system includes:
- PRU 1500 Sm3/h pressure reducing unit and gas meter
- Gas Train system for the plant’s burner assembly
- NG pipeline system from PRU station to burner
- Grounding and fire protection system (Fire protection)

The system is tested for pressure and safety before being put into use. DATA Energy operates the system 24/7 to ensure safety in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnamese gas industry. The CNG station is also checked and maintained by DATA Energy quarterly by a technical team with many years of experience.
