FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT LPG AND CNG
1. WHY SHOULD LPG/CNG BE USED?
LPG/CNG is a clean and environmentally fuel. Recommended for use, because:
- To be burned completely, doesn’t create residue on combustion equipments
- To reduce cleaning and maintenance costs; extending the life of macheniry; and enhance brands with customers.
- To create high calorific value, reduces the time to heat the oven. Calorific value is stable, so it help control the product’s quality well.
2. WHAT IS LPG/CNG??
LPG (Liquified Petrolium Gas) is mixtures of propane and butane. Common Units: tons, Kg. LPG is stored by LPG tanks or LPG cylinders.
CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) is consisting largely of methane, is compressed at the high pressure and transported by specialized trailer.
3. WHERE ARE SUPPLY RESOURCES AND STORAGES??

4. WHERE ARE THE STORAGE? DELIVERY TIME?
– LPG storage is located at Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

– LPG cylinders are stored in many places in Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An province. – Delivery within 48hr by truck. |

5. WHAT IS MINIMUM REQUIRED CONSUMPTION?

6. HOW MUCH IS THE PRICE OF THE PACKAGE DEVICE SYSTEM INCLUDING INSTALLATION?

– 10MT LPG tank and relevant equipment with capacity of 200kg/h. – The foundation and fence around the station. |
* 15,000 USD including:
– 20 LPG cylinders (45 kg/cylinder) and relevant equipment with a capacity of 50 kg/h. – The foundation and fence and roof |
* 215,000 USD including:
– PRU station with a capacity of 1,500 Sm3/h. – The foundation, the fence around the station and control room. |

The price is announced monthly and applied for: – The distance from Cai Mep storage (Ba Ria – Vung Tau) to customers’ factories is less than100km. – Minimum order: 5 tons of LPG/time. – Payment terms: 90% prepayment or payment guarantee. |

– Getting drawing approval and an acceptance of fire safety testing are required. These certificates can be got separately or at the same time with the whole factory’s licenses.
