APPLICATIONS OF LNG
It is expected to become a new alternative fuel source in the face of efforts to reduce the impact of emissions on the environment. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is being evaluated as an alternative energy source for present and future globally. Although in developed countries such as the US, UK, and Japan, LNG has been widely used and applied for a long time. In the near future, LNG is also promised to become a commonly used fuel in Vietnam with many different applications.

POWER | INDUSTRIAL | |
APPLICATIONS | Thermic Power Plants | LNG is widely used in industrial production with diverse applications such as drying, drying, burning, heating,… |
DISPLACING | Displacing for coal and oil | Displacing for Diesel, Heavy Fuel (Coal, Oil,…) |
ADVANTAGES | LNG when burned helps reduce CO2 by 40% than Coal
No particules, SOx Reduce NOx by 90% |

In addition, in some European countries, liquefied natural gas (LNG) is also used in fields such as:
- Civil use: LNG is used to serve the needs of for human needs such as cooking, baking, heating, dehumidifying,….
- Commerce: For this field, LNG is distributed in hospitals, schools, buildings, restaurants,… to heating, air-conditioning, heating or on-site power generation.
- Transportation: LNG is applied to replace traditional transportation fuels, with good performance along with the ability to reduce pollutant emissions to the environment. , LNG is used as fuel for buses, trucks, trains,….
